The thing about vacation is that sometimes when you get home you feel like it never happened. I had such a great time on my trip and am sad that it's over. However, I am not sad that I no longer have to rely on my 7th grade level french to order a sandwich. Thank you, people of Europe, for letting me partake in the magic of macaroons, intricate iron gates, fresh french bread, and cathedrals and cafes. I'm inspired.
