The last time I was in Chicago I was looking for some Mike Giant books but ended up getting Tattoo Mystique-The Art and World of Angelique Houtkamp instead. Check it out! Also the staff at Quimbys was super nice and helpful. Two thumbs up. Here's a flash/tattoo inspired lady.

Very nice. I love the hints of realism that pull against the toon eyes and general treatment. The head tilt, loose lock of hair, mouth and the excellent jaw, give it a real personality that the usual 'cute girl toon' can't. Do more of this, it really engages the viewer.
